Water-Glycol Pumps for Wellhead Control

Attend the Offshore Technology Conference and learn about new technologies and product solutions for your requirements.

Dynex hydraulic pumps for wellhead control and fluid handling requirements will be on display in Booth 1501:

Water-glycol pumps operate to 15 000 psi (1040 bar). A single-fluid design avoids the need for a separate lubrication circuit and the cost of ongoing maintenance.

These pumps provide reliable, low-cost operation on unmanned, deepwater platforms around the world.

Dynex pumps use the water glycol to lubricate their internal bearings. This design eliminates the potential for cross-fluid contamination, which can occur in other designs requiring a secondary oil for lubrication.

See "Seven Reasons
to Use Single-fluid Pumps".

Mineral-Oil Pumps

Low input-power mineral-oil pumps require only 3/4 HP at 10 000 psi (0,56 kW at 700 bar). That makes them ideal for remote solar-powered panel systems.

Their compact size also makes them ideal for portable torque-tool power units.

Oil & Gas Applications

Dynex products have been successfully used on:

  • Wellhead Safety Control Systems
  • Subsea Water Glycol Systems
  • Safety Control Panel Systems
  • Portable Tool Power Packs

Hydraulic pumps for water glycol eliminate cross-fluid contamintion
Water glycol pumps use the pumped fluid for internal bearing lubrication. This single-fluid design eliminates fluid cross-contamination, which may occur in other pump designs requiring oil for lubrication. Learn more about water glycol pumps.

Dynex PF500 pumps require low input power requiirements
PF500 Series hydraulic pumps require input power requirements as low as 3/4 HP at 10 000 psi (0.56 kW at 700 bar) and 1800 rpm.
